About Me.

Hi there! My name is Lauren Hayes.

I am a Creative Director, and Mom of 2, with over 10+ years of experience; living, working, and (likely) snacking around the Chicago area. I’ve worked both in-house and agency side for some of the biggest household CPG brands in the country. And have had the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest creative brains in the industry. I’m just as obsessed with strategic thinking as I am with visual finesse. And deeply value doing good work with good people.

I’ve contributed to brand design, packaging, and 360 creative campaigns alike. Supporting a range of project levels; from simple LTO flavor extensions to high level brand positioning. I’m passionate about fostering team collaboration, mentoring talent, and aligning design solutions to create brands that are impossible to ignore.
