About Me.

Hi there! My name is Lauren Hayes. I am a Creative Director and Mom of 2 who is living, working, and likely snacking in the Chicago area. I’ve worked both in-house and agency side for some of the biggest CPG brands in the business – and in the process – have had the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest creative brains in the industry. I’m just as obsessed with strategic thinking as I am with visual finesse. And deeply value doing good work with good people.

With over 10 years of experience (including 4+ years as Design Associate Manager at PepsiCo), I’ve contributed to packaging design strategies and 360 creative campaigns alike. And supported a range of project levels; from flavor extensions to high level brand positioning. I’m passionate about fostering team collaboration and aligning design solutions with the mission of achieving brand excellence.
